About the Creator
Slayton is a 17 year-old residing in Washington State and is a junior in high school. Slayton has dealt with mental health challenges his entire life and was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome at 12 years old. With these crazy experiences, Slayton has learned a lot. He wants to share his story and provide his fellow overthinkers with a relatable resource in a world of chaos. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, studying neuroscience, and podcasting.
My Mission
The goal of this podcast is simple. I want people to know that they are not alone. Now, I know that may seem cliche, but I assure you it's much deeper than just that. As a highschooler, my brain does some crazy things. I overthink, overanalyze, and think bizarre thoughts. On my journey to conquer my mental challenges, I aim to provide a relatable resource to my fellow over-doers. We can get through this together!
